Paul was happy to turn up and look at our ancient Condenser tumble drier again, work out the problem quickly, then return and fit the parts without any problems. He even gave advice on our rather scary fridge. We may never have to replace an appliance again!
Paul sorted out the problem on the cooker within a couple of days. I would certainly recommend him and will use his services again. I feel it is important to support a local company if it is efficient and this one is.
You came the day I called, diagnosed the problem straight away, ordered the required part and came back the very next day to fit it. Good service, very tidy, reasonable charge. Many thanks

Prompt attendance, swift and accurate analysis of the problem (noisy cooling fan on cooker),no waiting for parts, Paul had a replacement fan in the van.very pleasnt manner carrying out the work and very reasonable charge for the work….what more do you want !!

Paul has been to my house on numerous occasions to fix dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. When I have called and left a message in a panic he has called back within a couple of hours. He has always arrived on time and has even repaired my dishwasher while I was on holiday, allowing me to pay when I returned. He also looked at a dryer I wanted to sell to get it working properly and check it over without charging me. Paul I wish everyone was as reliable and professional in this world! A depressed and rather hopeless call from me to Paul about a Belling Electric Range with multiple problems resulted in a visit the next day, parts ordered, and everything up and running properly (for the first time in years) by the end of the week. My wife and I are very thankful that we selected you Paul to mend our smashed Neff Oven door. Having tried myself to obtain the correct outer oven door and failed to obtain it I then contacted you, because the door that I had bought was for a different model. Your expertise soon became apparent as you managed to fit a different outer door to the existing inner door and attach the new handle to the old frame. You then renewed all the defective oven and oven door hinges and re-balanced the door so that it was as good as new. This job was not easy and it took two visits to sort out but the end product was better than when we bought the oven 6 years before. Well done Paul.

Thanks for sorting the problem with our fridge freezer which will now be used as a back up appliance in the garage. It was refreshing to have an engineer willing to investigate and resolve the fault and not just condemn the machine to the tip.

After having problems with the door on our cooker, on Christmas day it decided to break properly, we cooked the rest of Christmas dinner with a very large catalogue holding the door closed! Thanks to Paul it’s all mended, came out the day I called and fixed it! Thanks.
A few days before Christmas we took delivery of a new dishwasher, only to find out that the deliverymen were unable to disconnect the old machine/connect the new one. 40 people were about to descend on us for a Christmas party and our stress levels were soaring. Until I rang Paul that is! Despite a hectic schedule that day and his own life to get on with, he turned up at our house within the hour, and 30 mins later, the new dishwasher was ready for action. A really fantastic service – we can’t thank him enough.

Having read all previous comments, I can only say I agree with them all – Paul even turned up a day early as he had some spare time. Brilliant service!
Paul arrived promptly on the next day as promised. Quickly found the reason why the washing machine would not pump out, which leaves us puzzling how the one penny coin got into the filter to the drain outlet!!!!. Machine up and running within the hour. Carried out a minor repair to the dishwasher and no doubt would have serviced any other equipment if I thought it required it. Courteous as ever and very reasonably priced. His magnetic calling card is now a permanent feature of our utility room. A very Happy Xmas Paul
In one prompt visit to fix the fridge door which kept falling off (which he did, saving us the cost of a new fridge)Paul also checked my freezer, fixed the microwave door and sorted out two of my electric cooker rings. We had called on Paul 2 to 3 years ago for the repair different appliances, all of which have worked perfectly since his visit. He is prompt, courteous, efficient and repairs wherever possible rather than advising replacements. I will make sure his fridge magnet is safely in place and I would recommend him very highly to all.

Paul has now, in a period of just 10 days, fixed both our fan oven and washing machine. On each occasion he answered the phone himself, gave us a firm timed appointment, and – on arrival – dignosed the problem in a instant and fixed it with great efficiency and little fuss. Lots of free advice (about maintenance procedures, etc) as well.
Great service on both occasions at a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

When the washing machine stops working in our house it’s a major incident. Same goes with the dishwasher! Paul always responds quickly and sorts the problem with the minimum of fuss. Paul is our 4th emergency service!

Having used Paul’s excellent refrigeration skills before hand to mend my freezer, he was the person to call when my oven broke. He was able to attend the same morning, as was in the area, diagnose the problem as a faulty thermostat and fix it on the spot. What a relief.

It is unusual these days that a) someone answers their phone and b) gives you a time they will do a repair. Paul Clarke answers his own phone, gives you a clear idea of when he’ll come and help, and when he visits does the repair without fuss or drama for a fair price. I recommend him fully – a true professional. Other companies provide no service for several times the charghe Paul charges.

I rang you last week about my frost-free fridge/freezer – the fridge had stopped working but the freezer was OK. You suggested that I turn the machine off for 48 hours as frost had probably built up at the back of the machine, possibly because one of the doors had been left open for a period. I did as you instructed and it is now working fine! I very much appreciate your advice which enabled me to get the machine running again with no cost incurred.
